Kabaroan:
Part of the Basic 12 Año or Form. One of the principals of Filipino Martial Arts are the practice of forms.
Sinawali or (weaving patterns):
Sinawalis are essential  in the training of FMA. They are various patterns you train with a partner or by yourself, they are interchangable from weapons to bare handed movements.
Lines of Strikes: These are studied through the use of weapons or barehanded use against certain specific  areas of the body, then how to block, counter, by striking, disarming, trapping, various locks, chokes, or joint minipulation techniques.
